AurSync Electrical did the electrical work on my new house build. They arrived on the days and time I booked them. Meaning I could reliably schedule the stages of electrical fit out to suit my process. Work was high standard, workplace was left clean and I was very happy with it all. Charley gave some great suggestions on wiring options I had not considered, but now living in the house, have proved wise and convenient ideas. Highly recommended. High quality work and reliability.Posted on Google Robin HallettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Punctual, skilled and diligent. What We Recommend
Most accommodation providers don’t need a complex public charging network. The sweet spot is usually 1–2 smart AC chargers that are easy for guests to use and easy for you to manage.
Access Control Options (Stop Random Use)
RFID Access (Evnex X22)
Guests can be given a card/fob to start charging.
Mechanical Lock
Padlock or combination lock options where appropriate to reduce casual access.
Open Access
Suitable for private driveways where misuse risk is low.
We’ll confirm the best approach based on your parking layout and who can physically access the bay.
Tethered vs Socketed
-
Tethered (attached cable): easiest guest experience — “plug in and go”.
-
Socketed: cleaner look and less cable wear, but guests may need their own Type 2 cable.
We’ll recommend the best option based on the typical guest profile and whether the bay is shared / public-facing.
Signage + Guest Instructions
We’ll help you keep it simple: we can provide a simple sign with charger light info, an entry for your guest compendium if required.
EV-Ready for Future Expansion
If you think you may add more bays later (or you’re a small motel / holiday park), we can scope the install so it’s EV-ready: allowance for sensible cable paths, switchboard capacity planning, and where load management may be needed.
Charger Brands
We predominantly install Evnex (recommended), but can also install other brands or customer-supplied chargers where suitable. We’ll confirm compatibility, compliance, and commissioning requirements in the quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
Usually not. For most small accommodation sites, a good single-phase setup is the best balance of cost and guest value. We’ll confirm capacity from your switchboard photo and site details.
Yes. We’ll commission the charger and can provide simple guest instructions. For the easiest experience, a tethered (attached cable) charger is often best.
If access control is important, we can specify a setup that suits your site — including RFID access control on the Evnex X22 or a mechanical lock option where appropriate.
For most small stays, many hosts choose to include charging in the nightly rate. If you want usage tracking or a stricter policy, we can advise on the best practical approach for your setup and charger selection.
During the site visit we will look at things like the switchboard, meter box , parking location + proposed charger spot, and whether you have solar and reliable Wi-Fi / 4G at the charger location.
